Information you choose to share
When online enquiries are enabled, the form requests your name and email address, with an optional phone number, preferred viewing date and message. Do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and consent
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and coordinate a possible viewing. Marketing consent is optional and separate. Refusing marketing does not prevent an enquiry. Consent may be withdrawn through the privacy contact provided below.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting may involve technical logs such as IP addresses and browser information. When enabled, Netlify Forms processes enquiry submissions on behalf of the site operator. International processing requires appropriate safeguards under Kenyan law; the operator must confirm these arrangements before online enquiries are enabled.
Retention and security
Transmission uses HTTPS. Personal information must be accessible only to authorised sales staff and retained only for the disclosed purpose and period. The operator’s confirmed enquiry retention period will appear here when collection is enabled.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, you have rights relating to information about processing, access, objection, correction and deletion as provided by law. You can also raise a concern with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Optional interactive maps
The live map loads only when you choose “Open interactive map”. It requests map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which receive your IP address, browser headers and the viewed map area. The site does not request your device location. The destination list and route estimates are hosted with this website. Opening external directions or venue links is subject to the chosen provider’s privacy practices.
See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Close or leave the map page to stop further map requests.
Cookies and local preferences
This site runs no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. It uses local storage only when you save an optional motion preference or acknowledge privacy choices. It does not store enquiry text in browser storage.
Project imagery and drawings
Visualisations are artist’s impressions. Drawings are pre-concept and subject to design development. The website does not constitute an offer, a reservation, a specification or an assurance of availability.
